A 25 storey residential tower constructed in London’s Euston region, this project was secured with a very tight programme of works. Each floor was split into 4 apartments, and all elements had to be complete in 5 days per floor. This work showed our versatility due to the numerous disciplines required:

• Balustrade Glazing
• Curtain Walling
• Lift and Slide Doors
• Balcony Aluminium rainscreen cladding
• Timber Decking
• Aluminium Soffit cladding

The West and North walls of the project were glazed with punch hole windows, and the concrete sheer walls were clad with an innovative aluminum 'basket weave' cladding design. Peak Labour force on this project is 45 operatives.
